Just peace

Il fascino di Torino sotto la neve non smette d'incantarmi...
Non c'è malinconia, né pensieri in fuga mi travolgono.
C'é pace.

I'm enchanted by my snowy Turin...
There's no melancholy, nor runaway thoughts that rush over me.
There is just peace.

Hello Ale!
Thank you again for the pictures! :)
It is so nice of you to post them, I love looking at them- what a beautiful, beautiful city Turin is-
No wonder you find it peaceful!

Have you lived in Turin all of your life?

How funny is it that you had a space helmet too! I'll ask him about the space colony, although I think he said his commander is "Little Bear" from the cartoon. :)

Oh, so your the youngest like my brother is! Do people drive larger vehicles for big families where you are? (Here people drive huge trucks for 2 kids!) :)

Yes, I always thought I was blessed to have a brother and a sister, with having both, they can make me laugh in two completely different ways.

I do love being "Aunt Kaitie", though Seamus doesn't really get the "Aunt" part yet, so he just calls me "Kaitie", with his sweet little voice, that I love.

Do you mind if I ask if you were Roman Catholic before you were saved? Because we have a LOT of Roman Catholic/Italian people here.

(I hope your spaghetti turned out-I'm sure it was great!:) )

Have a Blessed Day!

Hello again Ale!
The children already know my Mom as Nonna, so we know that much! But,I wanted to ask you how you say Aunt and Uncle in Italian.

Ciao Ale!
I am glad your lunch was good!
Did my brother scare you with his comment? He scared me when I logged on and could not figure out who this anonymous person was, until my brother heard me and started laughing from upstairs. ;)

Yes,I am slightly addicted to my iPod. *smiles* I did not think my family was going to be able to live with me when I saw it was on backorder! Now, I can get on my blog from anywhere I am, which is proving a lot of fun!

I too, would LOVE to travel. There are so many places that I want to see. I keep trying to talk my family into taking a trip overseas (I think I am winning too!). :)
Where would you like to go?

I am glad that you found Jesus... how wonderful to have been drawn by the Holy Spirit to Jesus- He is a wonderful Master and Friend!

As I said, we have SO many Catholics in my area...and not just regular Catholics, these are the very, very faithful ones. Like for instance my Piano/Voice Teacher and friend. As the Lord has been opening the door to me to share what I believe about the Him, I have been saying what I can. Now that she knows what I believe, she will literally ask me what I think about different things, religious and political. Which always keeps me on my toes for my average lesson, let me tell you! God has been good to give me the opportunity to be used by Him.

Now I wrote too long! LOL

Have a Great Day!

Ciao Ale!
Thank you for saying that my comment was not too long! :) I enjoy reading your comments too, I have never had anyone in Italy to write to before, let alone a fellow Believer! :)

If you come to the U.S. I am afraid that you will be bored with us after living in Europe- I know what will happen....you will be here a week and then leave to go back home due to boredom! I am just kidding... I am sure that you will find things different over here, but hopefully fun too.

How much fun would it be to travel for 6 whole months! I am the traveler in my family, everyone would be happy to stay in the U.S., but I want to see so many places...England,Italy,Scotland,Ireland...just to name a few! You make me anxious to see the pictures of Rome that you are talking about! I can only imagine how beautiful it is. :)

Is there something special that you want to see in South America, or do you just want to go there?

I am going to be posting pictures of my Italian grandfather in a few days, and believe me, you will know he was Italian just by looking at him!I always wished that I got to know him better, but he died when I was 10.

Have you ever heard of the "Way of the Master"? It is a wonderful, wonderful website dedicated to helping believers share the Gospel. You can get on the site from my blog. One of the men that started it was once a big American t.v.star, his name is Kirk Cameron. Isn't it amazing what the Lord can do with someone, once they get a hold of the Lord?

I hope you have a blessed Lord's Day tomorrow, Ale. May you be greatly blessed by the Word.
I forgot that I wanted to ask you (if I could), what text did you speak on when you spoke in your church?

Have a wonderful night, and I'll talk to you soon!
